J. Richard Lynch

J. RICHARD LYNCH joined Robert Milford (1928-197 in 1964 and entered into a partnership with the late Mr. Milford in 1972. Since then, Mr. Lynch has practiced law in Skaneateles and developed expertise in Estate Planning and Administration, Estates & Trusts, Elder Law, Real Estate and Zoning matters and counseling Small Businesses – including Formation, Sales and Purchases. In addition, with his partner, John M. Shannon, Milford Lynch & Shannon served as general counsel to Skaneateles Savings Bank for many years prior to its sale to BSB Bank & Trust. The firm has also represented Key Bank and Seneca Falls Savings Bank.
Mr. Lynch is a 1963 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and a 1960 graduate of LeMoyne College. Mr. Lynch lives with his wife, Penny, on West Lake Street in the Village of Skaneateles where their four children were raised. Mr. Lynch has also served on numerous Village and Town boards and committees including the Village Water Board, as Village Attorney, the Town Drug Counsel, the Town Real Estate Assessment Committee.
